Self-care is something we often don’t think we have time for, but it’s the one thing we need to make time for if we want to be functioning as our best selves. We tend to make time to care for everyone else’s well-being, and in the process, end up neglecting ourselves.
This meditation is going to harness the power of Lughnasadh to aid us in better learning how to let go. Letting go is a skill that we all must hone so that we can move forward in our lives in order to not remain stagnant.
This meditation is to help you create change in your life to fight for justice. There needs to be big changes made in this world and it starts with us. We need to choose to change and fight for the justice needed for all people to have equitable opportunities.
Racial justice is at the forefront of many people’s minds and awareness today. It is something that this country and the world have needed to be more cognizant of for a long time now. We need to address the inequity people of color have faced.
